MedArtSal at Sapore di Sale event to show its results in the artisanal salina di Cervia

2 – 3 September 2022 – Cervia (Ravenna – Italy) – Parco della Salina di Cervia – Free entry

In the framework of MedArtSal project, funded by ENI CBC Med Programme, the pilot action in Cervia saltpans (Ravenna – Italy) – Parco della salina di Cervia – contributed to the restoration and creation of nests in favor of the large avian population living in its wetlands and, thanks to the purchase of a special oven, the production and sale of a very refined smoked salt.

At the 26th edition of Sapore di Sale event in Cervia, MedartSal projectwill realize a capacity building workshop and present the new aromatic salt developed with its contribution at Parco della Salina di Cervia.

  • 2nd September, 15.30 – Magazzino del Sale Torre

CUEIM and MEDSEA / Mediterranean Sea and Coast Foundation will introduce the MedArtSal Capacity Building workshop – “L’arte del sale nella gastronomia“.

  • 3rd September -18.00 – Magazzino del Sale Torre

Presentation of the new aromatic salt developed with the contribution of the #MedArtSal project – introduced by Letizia Magnani – Communication Officer at Parco della Salina di Cervia – and the Deputy Mayor of Cervia, Gabriele Armuzzi.
