Organization
Our governance is based on:
- Assembly
- Board of Director
- President
- Board of auditors
These are supported by additional committees and advisory bodies, including the Technical-Scientific Committee and the Organizational and Strategic Planning Committee.
Assembly
The Assembly, consisting of all CUEIM’s associates in all categories, expresses the will of the various bodies that form the network, including general oversight of the direction and progression of the Consortium’s activities.
Board of Director
The Board of Directors is responsible for the ordinary and extraordinary running of CUEIM on the basis of the guidance of the Advisory Board of Trustees. It consists of between 5 and 7 members, and has a tenure of five years.
The Board is currently composed of Professors Gaetano Golinelli, Vincenzo Formisano, Amedeo Maizza, and Paola Maria Anna Paniccia.
President
The President, appointed by the Assembly of Members from among the Board of Directors, legally represents CUEIM, performs functions of leadership and coordination, and maintains relationships with the members.
The current President is Prof. Gaetano Golinelli, Emeritus Professor at Sapienza University of Rome.
College of Account
The College of Account Auditors is responsible for overseeing compliance with the law, the Statute and the principles of correct administration.
The current Chairperson is Dr. Matteo Tomasi, with Dr. Francesco Mercuri and Dr. Tatiana Cialdella (appointed by the Ministry of University and Research) serving as members.
Scientific Committee
CUEIM’s Scientific Committee is the body which contributes to shaping the policies and safeguarding and enhancing the cultural heritage accumulated in over forty years of the Consortium’s activity and research.
The Committee is chaired by Prof. Claudio Baccarani, Emeritus Professor at the University of Verona.
Organizational and strategic Planning Committee
The Organizational and Strategic Planning Committee was established to support CUEIM’s operations through analysis and proposals aimed at organizational and strategic planning, responding to the evolving academic environment and advanced education landscape. It operates in line with the Statute’s objectives and the decisions of the competent bodies.
The Committee is chaired by Prof. Sergio Barile, Full Professor of Business Economics and Management at Sapienza University.
